After Hours and Emergencies
A pediatrician is available for urgent medical questions 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. If a true emergency arises, call “911”. If you have an urgent medical question that cannot wait for normal business hours, call the office number ((860) 739-0404) and you will be connected to our answering service.
Our office uses an after-hours triage service from 7 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and from 5 PM to 7 AM on weekends and holidays. The answering service will notify this service and a pediatric nurse will return your call. In general we do not have weekend hours. If you feel your child needs to be seen for a sick visit during the weekend please call early since the covering pediatric office is usually only open in the morning to see sick patients.
