From points north and east: 95 South, exit 75. Merge onto Boston Post Road (US Route 1). Turn right, into Flanders Plaza, before the Flanders Road (CT Route 161) traffic light.

From points south and west: 95 North, exit 74. Turn left on Flanders Road (CT Route 161). Flanders Plaza is on the right, past the Boston Post Road (US route 1) traffic light.
